Introducing the OASIS Sales Team

Let’s meet our experienced sales team. They are here to support you with any inquires and questions that you may have and to introduce you to the many advantages of property ownership at OASIS.

Jean is a Certified Realtor and has achieved the title of Top Producing Agent several times during his career, which is a testament to his hard work and dedication to his buyers and sellers alike. Prior to Jean’s successful career in the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit Real Estate Industry for the last several years, he had extensive experience in the Hospitality and Resort Management field in many Caribbean countries, as well as Canada, and on cruise ships. Originally from Canada, Jean has called Puerto Vallarta home for over 25 years. He is passionate about architecture, art, traveling, sailing, and food. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Steve is a Canadian ex-pat living in Puerto Vallarta. He established himself as an owner/property manager by purchasing a rental building in Downtown Vallarta. This gave him insight and a keen interest in the international real estate market. As a real estate professional for the past 10 years, Steve has been assisting clients wishing to re-locate, retire, or invest in the real estate market of Puerto Vallarta. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Business Analyst/Test Delivery Manager for an international IT company. In his spare time in this culturally rich region of Banderas Bay, he likes to explore, finding new beaches, and has recently discovered cooking as a hobby.

Estelle has been a Puerto Vallarta resident for more than 30 years and became a naturalized citizen a few years ago. Her first visit to Puerto Vallarta was in the late 60s, when it was just being discovered as a beautiful pristine beach. Originally from Washington, DC where she got her first Real Estate License, she has lived in many areas of the US, such as California, New York, Arizona, and Colorado, working in real estate. Traveling and exploring the fascinating cultures of Mexico is a favorite pastime. Real estate sales has been her occupation since living in Puerto Vallarta. Sales has always come naturally. Fluent in English and Spanish, she enjoys meeting new people.

Born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Margarita brings incredible acumen to the sales administration given her many years of experience in the field of administration and customer service. She has a degree in Business Administration, as well as a Diploma in Marketing and Sales at the Centro Universitario de la Cosa of the University of Guadalajara. She is an integral part of our team and offers a high degree of professionalism and commitment. Margarita loves spending time with her family, she is passionate about traveling, cinema, fashion, music, dogs and food. She speaks English and Spanish fluently.
